Casey did an excellent job replacing our old failed security gate opener with a new unit that works great. Clean install, very capable, great communication. Would use them again.

They were quick to get me an appointment On the same day I called. The service technician showed up in the time range that was expected. He did the repair needed and pointed out items that also needed replaced. The garage door even moves smoother and was not as loud. I have used them three times and highly recommend them.

Our garage door motor quite working. Unfortunately our car was locked in the garage (built 1924) without any access. Brandon showed up 3 hours after calling Assurance Garage Door for the first time. He problem solved and decided the only access to cut a hole in the garage. He was able to gain access and diagnosed our problem. We bought a new garage door opener and was installed the next day. Brandon was professional and extremely pleasant to interact with.

My garage door had two broken springs and was stuck. I called Assurance Garage Door (AGS) at 9:30 a.m., and their technician arrived by 12:30 p.m. By 2:00 p.m. both springs had been replaced. Dang P. even inspected a couple of other garage doors to ensure they were operating correctly and offered helpful suggestions. This was my first time using AGS, and I’m glad to have found a new company to service our home and rental properties. I’d used the same garage door person for the past decade, but since he’s no longer available, it’s reassuring to have a reliable replacement. Dany was thorough, professional, and took the time to explain his concerns and recommendations. Highly recommended.
