Superior Overhead Door

When making the appointment, the lady on the phone was very nice, and communicated details well. Brody came out the same day to replace the garage door motor backup battery. He checked to see if the battery even needed replaced. He helped me reset the key pad as well. He explained everything after he finished. Im always impressed with how professional & knowledgeable all of Superior Overhead Door employees are!!! We have been using this company for 10 years now.

Jason was friendly and worked thoroughly correcting issues that had been missed by a serviceman from a previous company. The cost was also better than what the previous company was charging me.

Horrible experience‼️‼️‼️‼️. No call/no show multiple times. It took 3 months to get the door we paid for. Then, without even notifying anyone they removed the door they installed (that was paid for) saying they installed the wrong one and installed a whole new door and demanding payment for the new door. When I asked for the other door THEY sized and installed they said they had "already gotten rid of it". Complete scammers and I will be sharing this experience with my realtor colleagues, and home flippers. They have been a nightmare to work with as well as a moral train wreck. They are now harassing clients and we are pursuing our legal options.

Brody initially came out and diagnosed our problem. Mark came following day and installed outside gaskets. Both men were courteous and very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Brodie did an outstanding job for me today! He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. He was professional and very polite. If I ever need work done I will not hesitate to ask for Brodie. Darius appeared to be new to this type of work, but he was very attentive to Brodie’s instructions and did a good job. He was very polite and professional.

Mark arrived quickly, lol at the door to see what the exact problem was and replaced the spring right away. He was very polite and professional. We bought our garage door from Superior and they are always so nice and do a great job!

Fantastic service! Called on a Friday at noon and they were able to have someone come out the same day. The service tech Brodie was quick and professional. He fixed my spring and tightened and greased everything so it’s like new. No trying to upsell on anything I didn’t need. I highly recommend Superior Overhead Door.
