Cincinnati Door installed two garage door openers at my home and they were very responsive and professional. When one of the motors went out they came and installed a new opener, even though it was not covered under the warranty. I am very pleased with my experience. Their sales staff and installers are Top notch.

Adam and his team member were absolutely amazing! They called me this morning to give me an idea the time they would arrive and also called me 20 minutes when they were on their way. They both were polite, professional, honest, communicative and evn took the initiative to tell me everything was going on with my garage door and giving me advice and what to look for. They both were QUICK and got the job done within an hour and not only it is operative again, but it is 100% quiet now and slides up and down perfectly. They did not try to upsale or use scare tacts to make more money or milk me for what thy think they could get. They were 100% honest and people lile them are a rare gem these days. When it comes to this and wjayever other services they offer, they will be on the top of my list and i will be adamant telling people that their company is the best way to go. One of my garage door springs broke. The repair was timely, performed quickly, and at a reasonable price point. Lance was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the repair and suggest some additional maintenance.

Had a wonderful gentleman by the name of Jon come out for service call on our garage door that would not shut. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, was able to get door to a shut position and quickly place us on their schedule for repair. Pricing was very fair. Really appreciated Jon's knowledge and ability to communicate the problem to a layperson such as myself.
