Blake and his assistant showed up promptly and went to work replacing our two garage doors. They propped our broken garage door open so that I was able to safely back my car out of the garage. Both technicians were friendly and knew how to get the job done properly. The work site was immaculate when they completed their work. The technicians also pointed out a defect in one of the panels and arranged a warranty replacement. My wife and I ate very pleased with their honesty and workmanship!

Garage door not opening properly. Called for service. 2 nice young gentlemen showed up on time, within the given time frame. They were polite and professional. They completed a full garage door inspection which showed that the garage door opener was shot. They gave me a choice of several replacements to choose from, and then the sales pitch started recommending a new garage door too. The sales pitch was fairly aggressive between the two technicians, both trying to communicate a sense of urgency in me consenting to the sale. I appreciate your opinion and yes I could probably use a new, lighter, more insulated door, but I called you out to fix my existing door not put pressure on me to buy a new one. I am an adult, when I want to buy a new door I will call you and buy one…but please don’t act like a used care salesman and do the high pressure sales gig. I mean, would you take the same approach if I was a man versus a female? Doubtful. Other than the heavy sell, I did receive a very nice new opener with new remotes, digital controller, and a new keypad. They did a great job on installing the new system except, the keypad was not fully attached to my house because apparently they don’t carry masonry drill bits? So he suggested I get one of the other contractors doing renovations on the house to properly attach the keypad to my house. I was a bit baffled at the suggestion since I just paid them $1100….and for them to assume that I would be unable to make that repair myself. Overall, I’m happy with the installation of the new opener, but please loose the heavy sales pitch next time. You have good products and a good employees, but that approach is seldom seen as a positive, especially to female clients.

I could not ask for a better experience! PDQ has great customer service, including excellent communication with scheduling. The technician, Steve, was very respectful towards my family. He walked through the examination of the door and communicated all the issues and costs of the quote. The price was fantastic and he was able to complete the work that day. I would highly recommend PDQ if you have any issues with your garage doors!

The call center setting up the appointment was helpful and linked our home to the previous owner’s account history. Ryan was on time, quickly diagnosed problem, and also provided immediate safety concerns for both garage doors. A range of options for the fix was provided and I was comfortable with the option I chose. Prompt, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable service.

PDQ garage door company was a pleasure to work with. Scheduling in customer service was prompt and professional. Ryan was my technician, He called ahead of time to tell me exactly when he’ll be arriving at the house and wondered if that was Still OK. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Our technician, Steve Hicks, was superb! He called prior to coming and arrived a little early. He explained the garage openers in detail and quickly put in the one we chose. He showed us how to operate it and made sure everything was working properly. In addition to this, he was very pleasant, personable and neat. I highly recommend Steve and PDQ.
