Hasani Morrow was the service/installer at my house. He is a very knowledgable and friendly person. We discussed getting a new door or just refurbishing the existing door. The basic door is still in very good shape, so we chose to refurbish it. We are very happy.
Hasani was very professional, he definitely knew what he was doing. He changed the two garage door springs effortlessly. I would like to add that one thing that is important for me, is the communication, and he did. Thank you Hasani. I also thank the Welborn company for the response. The price was a bit high, but the coupon and the wave of the visit fee helped a lot.
I am very pleased with the service provided by Welborn My 11-year-old garage door opener had stopped working. The technician Collin showed me photos of the condition of the lift mechanism and the cost to repair or replace. He answered my questions thoroughly so that I could make an informed decision The installation work for the new opener, keypad and interior button was done very neatly and with attention to detail. The customer service provided by the tech was outstanding as well. A big thank you to Welborn for a job well done.
Tyler was the most personable serviceman I have had in a long time. Very informative about the garage door. Fixed and serviced door and explained what he did. If I need anything I will sure ask for him.
