By the time I ran to the bank ATM to grab the cash to pay him, he already had the job done, cleaned up, and everything working perfectly! You can tell it’s a true family-run business that really cares about helping people — he even showed up the same day I called! Outstanding service! James came out the very next day after I called. Other companies could not fit me in for over 10 days. His pricing was honest and fair. He easily could have charged me double just to match what other companies are asking. Since the repair turned out to be a quick, simple fix I could have done myself, he only billed me the standard service fee. That saved me a ton of money, and I am so grateful.
