Exceptional, professionalism, and service. Phil replaced both springs….fast and affordable. He also took some extra care by replacing a hardware connections that were not done correctly at no extra charge. I will definitely use Pro Lift Garage Doors for all my garage needs.

This company is amazing. Phil is amazing. When my huge garage door broke and trapped my wife's car, I needed timely help. I shopped around to four different garage repair companies. One company said they would charge me "emergency rates" for asking them to come on a Saturday. Another lead out with a diagnostic fee. For some of the larger companies, I could tell the operator was disinterested and didn't really want or need my business. So I said to myself, forget the big guys -- let me check out one of the smaller ones with fewer reviews, but high marks. I thought to myself, "I would rather do business with a scrappy company that cares." From start to finish, with ProLift, I felt cared for. I felt like they wanted my business. Phil came out, so full of joy and wisdom, willing to do what needed to be done, and handling setbacks with integrity and steadfastness. I have a lot of success with providers I use, because I always try to simply DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE OF INTEGRITY WHO ARE WORKING IN THEIR SUPERPOWER. That's it. Phil is one of those guys. ProLift is one of those companies. After I had a successful experience with Phil, I immediately referred him to a family member who had a garage malfunction, and he gave them the same glowing experience. I believe in Phil and ProLift! They are my provider of choice.

I had a two car door and a one car door serviced at the same time Phil was the one who came out to conduct the service and he was very helpful with the concerns I had about one of my doors not closing completely every time. He also swiftly jumped into action to start diagnosing the issue and by the end of the service till this review my door has closed perfectly every time. On top of that Phil was awesome with communication reaching out with his expected arrival time and even calling when he pulled up. Stellar service I’ll be reaching out to you first for any future garage concerns.

Great service at an affordable price. Booked the appointment online less than 24 hours prior. Phil showed up about an hour early (better for me) and went right to work diagnosing the issue. Spring was broken and needed to be replaced. He didn't have the specific model on the truck and gave me the option for him to get the part and come back or convert to a different type of spring he had on hand. I went with the conversion and in about 90 minutes, he was done and the work carries a 3 year warranty.

Phil was amazing to work with! He was very easy to communicate with and helped us fix our opener. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend him and ProLift Garage Doors to anyone who needs help with their garage door.

Phil N was amazing. High energy guy that kept us informed of his arrival. He was open and honest with us about what was needed and price. He didn’t have all parts with him but had no problem making the long drive to go get parts and came back the same day. Finished job very quickly! Great experience.
