Fantastic service and communication. JJ took careful notes on a very specific product that was needed to go in and very tight timing for a grand opening for our newest store. He arranged everything and the whole plan went exactly as expected. Super personalized service. If you need more than door work and you need to be sure you can count on them give JJ a call

Bad drivers on the road. Almost caused an accident after failing to yield to incoming traffic, absolutely blew through it. We called to inform the company but they seemed uninterested in our complaint which only leads to more of these incidents. Hire better drivers there's road signs for a reason.

A technician was scheduled to show up on three separate occasions but nobody showed up until the fourth day and no one from Thomas Door ever called to give any updates. *Update, JJ came out to give a quote but never sent the quote or responded when contacted. *Second update, I emailed Joel in response to his comment here but never received a follow up.

called 'em. they scheduled a service call and said someone would be in touch with me the day of the service. never heard back. called 'em back late in the day they were to show up. chose the service option on their answering system, and it just rang and rang and rang, and no invite to leave voicemail. A day later, still no call or acknowledgment. They may be good, but I wouldn't know if they don't show up. perhaps it was a simple oversight. I may never know! ok!

Talk about professionals. Im not a customer that makes things easy but bryan at thomas door knows what hes doing i can slap a part on the counter without knowing what its called some sometimes even less and theyve always got me taken care of. If you want high quality customer service and people who know exactly what they are doing then look no further

I’ve never been to this establishment or purchased doors or windows from here; honestly I live in an apartment complex. But I do drive by Thomas every day, so what I can review is the consistent and awesome signage out front! Just wanted to say thank you for helping folks like me have a better day with your signs. Commuting to work isn’t so bad anymore. Please keep it up and Happy 6th of July!

Great business! Was doing a job replacing door knobs for a non profit customer. Thomas was the only place we could find the knobs we needed, but they were slightly out of our price range. Thomas was kind enough to check their cost of the knobs, and give us a discount so they came into our price range. Can't thank them enough!
