I would highly recommend APEX Garage Door Service. From the first phone call (they actually call you back and show up on time) to the install, everything was seamless. The tech who installed our door was a really nice guy and their customer service is super nice too. No high pressure sales, listened to and understood my needs. My only suggestion would be that they promote the safety and tech features of the motor with the customer and provide them with the model & serial number to register the motor for warranty. Other than that it was perfection. Get the insulated door, it's well worth it!! Great job guys!

Truth be told, Apex was the third company I called. The first two put me on hold too long or sent me through automated system chaos. I spoke to a human at Apex, and she was friendly and helpful. I was pleased to set an appointment for the same day. Brian sent a message when he was en route and arrived at the beginning of the stated two hour window. He provided an estimate and was able to do the work immediately. He was friendly and thorough while replacing my 27-year-old garage door opener. After having my garage robbed the night before, I have much more peace of mind and am glad to have current equipment.

Door was installed by a very competent young man. It did not take long at all. I was given an estimate on Wednesday and my door was installed the following Tuesday. The woman in the office was also very pleasant to talk to. I would give the entire job an excellent experience!!
