After having used them before for spring replacement and cable repair, I was in need of a new garage door opener. There was some minor confusion about the features of the new unit but once that was clarified, the installation process was quick and efficient. From customer service to the installation team, everyone was super-friendly. My new garage door opener (a Chamberlain model) is so quiet compared to the other one and also has battery backup. Solid overall experience.

Great same day service. In addition to adjusting my spring, he aligned my tracks, repositioned my garage door opener "eyes", lubricated everything. Got my "broken" garage door opener working like it should, programmed some old remotes I had lying around. ALL FOR JUST A BUT MORE THAN WHAT OTHER COMPANIES WANTED TO COME OUT AND ASSESS!! Very knowledgeable. Took the time to explain what I could do to maintain it going forward!! 5 stars is not enough!!
