Mike was outstanding….provided honest feedback of the issues and the cost. Came back exactly when he said he would arrive and quickly changed the spring, rail and belt. He adjusted and lubed everything to ensure all the doors and motors were functioning appropriately. He is a great guy but most importantly he has integrity….no upselling or getting me to do things that weren’t necessary. I have used Marko Garage for years and will continue to do so!

Vitali my salesman was excellent taking the time to contact the door manufacture to ensure I received the door I wanted. I had to call them on a Saturday and they came within could of hours. My brother was replacing my garage opener but my door was not balanced!! Shawn came over to find out the springs I had another company installed we not the same and more than likely caused the opener to die. He helped with the opener installation and balanced the door. Decided to upgrade our garage to a hurricane rated door. Called Marko on Monday morning and 2 hours later Vitale was knocking on our door. He made the measurements, gave us our options for doors and openers and quoted a price that I judged as very fair. He told us the door was in stock and could install on Thursday. He emailed a bill for 50% deposit and paid online. Later, received a text confirming 9:00am Thursday for installation. Thursday 9:00am Nick and Kissinger were in our driveway. It did take them almost 5 hours to dismantle the old door, upgrade all the mounting wood to hurricane rating, change out the surround molding, install and adjust the new door. I was surprised at the construction/strength of the new door and how quiet it operated. They even hid the opener and safety beam wiring for a very professional installation. Kissinger explained the operation of the new remotes and outside keypad. They took everything old away with them and garage was left in great/clean condition. Vitale followed through with the installtion. Nick and Kissinger are first rate installers. I highly recommend Vitale, Nick and Kissinger.

I had an issue with my opener and Marko doors sent Sean:) my appointment was for the am the following day but Sean called the day before around 6pm and said he was in the area and could come by then if it was convenient:):):) heck yeah! Sean was knowledgeable and fixed the issue and went over a fee things for me to know to enjoy my door and opener. I highly recommend this company, not just for the doors but for their employees.
