Veteran Garage Door Repair

Our garage door started making a squeaking sound when opening. Based on Google and Next Door Neighbor reviews, we gave them a call. The entire experience was so smooth and pleasant and exceeded our expectations!!! From the initial call to schedule a diagnosis (which is no charge and there's no pressure to buy when the tech is here) to the time the job was finished it was very enjoyable and we felt very appreciated. On the first call, Will was dispatched to our house. He was very diligent in keeping us informed and when he arrived, diagnosed the issue as the motor going out. The cause was the door spring size was not appropriate for the weight. He recommended a model to buy (a Best Seller at Home Depot) and said we could either buy and schedule the install or purchase from them. No pressure either way which is much appreciated! We bought a unit and scheduled the install. Again, Will was dispatched and called and asked if we were available ahead of schedule. We were and he came out and was done in a little over an hour. He even paired our vehicle to the garage door opener. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. The entire team deserves kudos for being knowledgeable, asking the right questions, and doing no pressure tactics...a thoroughly pleasant experience. We chose Veteran Garage as it's operated by veterans and both my wife and I are with Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) which I'm sure all veterans know of. We will be calling Veteran Garage Door for all future needs and definitely recommend them. Call them and see for yourselves!!!

We had a spring break and a bracket come off our garage door. Fortunately our vehicles were outside the garage. I called for service, and I quickly had an appointment for repair. The service repair was done quickly and very professional. This all ended with a very happy customer!!
