Sierra Nevada Overhead Door exceeded our expectations and at a reasonable price. Chris was punctual, friendly, accommodating and quite skilled. We were under a time constraint, so Chris leaped into action replacing the tension springs as well as fine tuning the garage door, opener, etc. under the time allotted. I would highly recommend his company for all your garage door needs.

Chris answered the phone, he was straighforward and helpful, assessing my issue and getting information before his visit. Came out the next day (squeezing me into the schedule right before Thanksgiving) in the window time he stated. Got right to work, had our spring replaced and tuned us up in about 90 min. I appreciated his opinion on our situation and he never upsold us on what we didn't need. All we needed was a spring. So grateful for his honesty and prompt service! Will recommend to neighbors and friends.

I couldn't be happier with Chris at Sierra Overhead Door. He scheduled me in quickly and arrived on agreed time. Chris was able to troubleshoot and resolve my very loud squealing garage door issue quickly. He then proceeded to health check both doors and lubricated all hinges/springs. My garage doors work perfectly and quietly now. Only wish I called them sooner.

Even though I had a great experience with these folks a couple years ago when they replaced one of our garage door springs I'm only giving them 1 star because, I recently tried to contact them for garage door repair and a new door opener but when I went to their business I found them closed so I called their number and left a voice mail, I never received a response so I went back a week later and found the business still closed during what would be considered "Normal" business hours. They don't have their business hours listed on their voice message nor on their bulding. As best I could tell, they aren't open for business anymore.

Chris of Overhead door is a pleasant and very accommodating in his service. He fixed my problem in a few minutes and with a few squirts of oil in the hinges and pushed the wheel off the track back in its place ! He did this gratis ! What a great business man in providing a true customer service visit !! Im very grateful for his kindness on a cold snowy day ! I recommend his services as it is my opinion you can trust his level of integrity ! That means a lot today ! Thank you ! Chris ! You are a good Pollock Pines neighbor !

Chris the owner was outstanding to deal with. Same day service, very knowledgeable, didn’t try to upsell me on my 45 year old garage door. Even gave me some helpfull maintenance tips and advice. I’m old school and good customer service is hard to find anymore with local businesses. Sierra Nevada Overhead Door Company is definitely one that does! Highly recommended!
