Todd made time to come out and replace my garage door opener on very short notice, arriving even earlier than he thought he could. He was thorough (he checked to see if it could be fixed first, and showed me what was wrong with it). He was upfront about the cost which was VERY reasonable, and he worked quickly and efficiently. Called to get free estimate. Todd arrived 2 hours later to write bid. We decided to go with Todd's bid. He was servicing another client. Todd came within 2 hours and installed a new pair of springs. So pleased with communication, pricing and workmanship
