Mr. Barraza is a professional in hos craft. Great communication, great price and very knowledgeable. This gentleman makes installing torsion springs look easy when it is very dangerous and not an easy task. My torsion spring snapped towards the end of the day and I couldn't leave my Corvettes outside. I called Mr. Barraza and within an hour he was at my home beginning the replacement and install. Very sound professional. I recommend his services to all residents and commercial businesses that need help with their garages. Will contact again in the event that I need this service. Very reasonable affordable prices!

Cesar is an honest man doing honest work. I called him because my garage gave out and he came at 8pm. He said he wont let people sleep at night knowing the garage isn't fully closed; you have family and family comes first. I highly recommend Kaisar Garage Door and Repair. We were grateful to have Cesar come out to our home and repair and service a garage door that had gone off the track and would not close. I needed a new spring. He was very cool and a genuine person. Very Professional and fixed it in about 20 minutes. He is knowledgeable, asked him all sorts of questions. Very patient and took me step by step on what shouldn't be done and what should be done. Went through the maintenance process as well. We even talked about other parts of the house and gave great suggestions and additional tips that will save me money. So if you ask me he is the one to call.

I had just bought a house that was built in 2005 and probably had the original garage doors and mechanisms.
