My garage door broke unexpectedly, and this company was able to come out the very next day. Their response time was quick, and everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. My technician Ben was amazing from start to finish! He measured the door, walked us through all my options, and got me scheduled for installation the following day! It was pouring rain on installation day, but despite the weather, they still showed up and made it happen. They were efficient, thorough, and clearly knew what they were doing. I really appreciated their attention to detail and patience with us. After the install, I had a small issue with the new door, and Ben came out immediately to fix it. He also installed a brand-new door opener keypad for us and we couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this company (be sure to ask for Ben). I have a 20-year-old garage door of a townhouse in Calabasas and there's a crack in the door and the motor would stop the door from going all the way down. I called Mike Stevenson garage and Nick came out, the technician and he were able to do a repair on the garage door. Very low price. Very reasonable. It took him 20 minutes to do, to put a strut across the top panel and now the door is closing properly. It saved me a lot of money and time putting in a new door, which he also quoted me a very reasonable price. I may have to do it down the road but for the meantime this was a lifesaver. I highly recommend these guys. They were excellent. Great customer service and relationship. I am very pleased!

Mike came out after my garage door got stuck halfway and wouldn’t move. He found the issue in just a couple of minutes and fixed it quickly without making it complicated. He even lubricated the system and checked everything before leaving. Super friendly, honest, and the door works better than before. Definitely keeping their number.
