Darren and JP came out for a garage door tune-up, and also walked me through a couple of options to replace my builder grade Wayne Dalton doors. They were informative, helpful, friendly, and thorough. They did an excellent job on the tune-up and walked me through all the different door parts that would be involved in a door replacement. Their sales professional, Shane, was also very helpful in walking me through my options for purchasing door replacement packages. I highly recommend their team.

Efrain and Tyler were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained what the problems were, what needed to be done and "listened" when we told them what we could and couldn't afford. They completed the work in an efficient manner and went above and beyond when they made some adjustments to the improper installation from many years ago. Efrain kindly provided us with promotions and discounts. As seniors, we are always leary of being taken advantage of. Not this time. We would give Efrain and Tyler 10 stars!!! Thank you so much!!!

I had called dons garage doors out due to a situation where my door wouldn’t close or open a few times, I found it frustrating and a little scary. I received a call from Aj Ramirez advising me of an eta. He did a thorough inspection on my door and had found multiple parts that needed to be replaced.

Jason Skeen came out to figure why my garage door would start and then only open part way. He diagnose the problem (multiple) and fixed them. He was professional and knowledgable. He was also apparently providing training to a newer technician and he did this well too, coaching as needed. My door is now super quiet and operates perfectly! A bit more expensive than expected but good work all around. Would definitely recommend.

A few weeks ago Jason Jarrell came and gave us a quote and showed us samples and all the different parts. We ordered a new garage door that day. Jason was great. Super personable and knowledgeable. Today Jovan Parisi came and installed the door. He was very nice and great at his job. I can't believe he was able to take off our old broken garage door and install a new one by himself in half a day! He was super helpful and patient even when there was a misunderstanding about the motor for the door. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy including Kyle Graves. The new door looks fantastic and is of excellent quality. I highly recommend.

These guys are quick! They came out very quickly after I called to get a quote to get the spring replaced on my garage door. They usually have the springs with them but ours was a weird size so they had to come back 2 days later but that was NBD. The tech, Jason, was on time and did all the work very well and very quickly and he was very nice and professional. 10/10 would recommend

Joe came over yesterday to do an annual inspection on my garage door as part of my Worry Free Club membership. He did a multi-point inspection on the entire garage door system, made some minor adjustments, and walked me through the results - all in a bit over half an hour. My garage door is now running quiet and should be good for another year. Thanks Joe for doing a thorough inspection in an efficient manner.
