Precision installed a new garage door for me on September 24, 2025. Techs Noah and Isaac were assigned to do the work. I don't normally leave reviews however the work performed by both Noah and Isaac warrants a five star review. Both were professional yet, engaging, explaining each step of the process while open to all questions responding with "non-technical " explanations, answers one could understand. Highly recommend Precision, Noah and Isaac, for fantastic job well done.

We called Precision after we decided to see how flexible the tracks for our garage door were when faced with the steps of a camper trailer smashing into them. Turns out, not very, (note to self, double check the stairs are up before pulling the trailer out). My call was answered quickly and Devon was dispatched to help us. We were fortunate to get a same day appointment with a very reasonable window. Devon called about twenty minutes before arriving, which was very helpful. When he arrived, he was not only personable and professional, but obviously thoroughly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the mechanics of the door and provide thoughtful advice on proactive measures we could take now or in the future. No hard sell at all, just info to be aware of. It was incredibly refreshing. He was able to repair our door quickly; the cost didn't involve us resorting to crowd funding measures, and I swear it works better than it did before.
