My cable for the garage door broke Saturday night. I put a request in for service and Prince called me immediately. Made an appointment for Wednesday but he called me on Monday and said he could come by and get everything fixed. I was so impressed with his communication and also the quality of his work. Such a wonderful experience!! 5 stars is not enough!! I will recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door repair

Rico came out today for our broken garage door and was very helpful. He was able to replace our tension spring and cables same day, even coming back at 9pm to install so our door would be working next day. Rico was super nice, explained everything with great articulation, was fat and efficient. Highly recommend.

Aj showed up on time and was very considerate, he assessed the motor the door the door switch and remotes he recognized a few issues and went over them with me in great detail. He was able to fix the issue. Also telling me how to maintain the door for future use will definitely recommend to anyone who needs anything garage door related.

If I could give this company a 10 star review I would. The time and effort they spend on my equipment was amazing. But the thing I was most impressed with was their employees quickness in not only getting me on the schedule to check the issue but also to get the issue fixed (parts ordered and put on). I called my warranty and Teddy's called me within an hour and then had me scheduled for the same day. When he figured out what was wrong and how to handle the situation according to my finances , they then had me scheduled and back operating within 24 hours of my original phone call. Their employee Rico made sure I felt secure and safe with my door and the system in my alley before he left. As a single mom this was something I valued and can say I truly appreciate.
