I am very satisfied with Family Christian Doors. The technician, Tommy Lee, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He arrived right on time and completed the job in a timely manner of replacing my Wayne Dalton garage springs with torsion springs which are a much better option than what I had.

They pulled a bait and switch on me! They advertise garage door tuneup for $25 on Facebook. When their service guy showed up, without even really doing anyone hing, he immediately tried to sell me a new door as soon as he walked into my garage. This is a scam don’t waste your time with them!

I had an overwhelmingly positive experience this week when my garage door gave out and would only close halfway. What began as an annoyance on a holiday quickly was resolved and handled professionally and promptly. I contacted FCD on the holiday when the problem started, hoping to hear back before Monday due to it being a 4-day weekend for many. Within about an hour on the holiday, I received a call and was arranged a repair for the next morning. Chris was very communicative and helpful and the total ended up being much less than the original quoted price. I’m happy I initially went with this business to install the door and will continue going back to them for business!
