R. tried to replace one of our broken cables for 3 hours before seeing that the track had also pulled away from the wood attaching it to the house. He said we'd need to get expensive construction done to reattach it, because it was "structural", for him to finish the job. We hired a handyman who reattached that track in less than an hour and for not much money. R returned and installed the new cable but was unable to straighten our horribly crooked door, claiming that our springs were too heavy after previously saying that our double all wood door was too heavy, and we should replace it. After an hour, he gave up and left again. We called a different company we used years ago to install those springs. The tech came the next day, reinstalled that new cable and perfectly straightened our door in less than an hour! He was a pro. Joe was great at installing a new opener for us years ago (under a different business name), and his parts prices were very competitive But troubleshooting is clearly their weakness as was professionalism under stress. At least Joe didn't charge us for the cable. When we called him to ask for another tech, he told us we should call another shop to finish the job. So glad we took his advice!
Their technician Pablo did a great job diagnosing the problems with my 45-year old garage door and came up with a range of solutions. Luckily he had the parts needed in his truck, so the repair was completed in less than half an hour. He was very friendly and easy to work with.
My garage motor stopped working and the springs broke , and I got a very good service from Yossi , he was very professional and convenient and very helpful , i would recommend him for any services , thank you for the next service
