Each member of their staff were knowledgeable about products that will suit my needs and professional in every manner. After having used another garage door company that lacked transparency with regard to billing, I knew that I had to call another company, hoping that transparency and thorough communication were standards of that company's protocol. I called Access Garage Doors when an emergency arose that demanded prompt service and attention to detail. I cannot be more pleased that I did. The repairman (Blake) came that afternoon and quickly assessed the issue with my garage door. He patiently attempted a temporary "fix" that ultimately didn't work. He presented three options for the repair to be completed with a thorough explanation of each of the three. I was impressed with his calm demeanor and his lack of no pressure sales tactics. After I selected one of the options, we determined a time convenient for my schedule--not his--for him to return to complete the job. He came at the designated time, completed the job in less than an hour, and left me smiling as a happy Access Garage Door customer. They were able to come out the same day and assess my garage. Gave me an estimate and replaced both springs with a great estimate. Very quick and professional and would recommend to anyone who has any garage door needs.

Wonderful service! Our service tech with access Doors was named Hayden and he was awesome. He knew how to repair our old garage door opener and he did a great job installing a new unit on our second door. We really appreciate him taking the time to explain all the options to us and receiving the military discount.
