The spring broke on my garage door and on a Saturday no less. I called Wilson Garage Door and Jake came out and replaced the spring in about 30 minutes. Jake was very knowledgeable with a great attitude. I really appreciate how quickly Jake took care of my door. I will definitely call on him again.

After talking to Jake, the service tech, about a 2 spring system and all the advantages, I decided to upgrade from a single spring. Wilson installed a new garage door and Liftmaster door opener for me. A couple days later Google Fiber installed my internet, but I couldn’t get the door opener"MyQ" app to connect. Tried twice working with the MyQ Tech Spt folks and still no luck. I called Wilson Garage Doors to ask if the might have a connection problem and the connected me to Jacob. Jacob who suspected it was a WiFi signal detection issue. I called GFiber and they said they can separate the 2.4 ghz from the 5 ghz, that made the WiFi signal a lot more detectable, and now works perfectly! "Mr Jacob at Wilson Garage Doors is our Hero". He knew what it needed and helped us fix it after the MyQ Tech Spt tried multiple times. Wilson Garage Doors has a great team of professionals and offers superior support.

I am a retired Marine of 30 plus years. We have lived here in McMullen Cove for 15 years. What a distinct pleasure it was to have a technician go the extra mile in not only trouble shooting, but educating the clients on the "right way to do this job". Not my first rodeo with garage door tech’s, but this will be my final selection for door maintenance and / or repair. Wilson garage door came out same day and was able to replace my much needed garage door that my teen ran into. Matt was honest and tried his best to fix it before declaring it had to go. Will call them again when in need!
