Alex was fantastic! He was thorough and accommodating. He is a true asset to the company, he got me hooked up with a new door system in which I was able to use their monthly payment promotions with, I’m a dons garage door customer for life.

Steven & Alex were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. They were also sufficiently impressed by my own research prior to their visit. This made me feel ‘seen’ and valued as a prospective customer, which led me and my husband to ultimately decide to proceed with the purchase. In addition to the actual visit, the staff at the office scheduled the visit promptly and courteously. Steven called that morning to let me know that he was ahead of schedule and offered to come early, and if that would be convenient. Overall the visit left my husband and I sure that we have made a good choice and confident in using our new garage door opener.

This is the third time I've used Don's Garage Doors and I must say they are a great company to work with. I will not choose another garage door company...ever. Today I had my old garage door replaced and upgraded with a custom door. This new door exceeded my expectations and looks awesome. The installer, Gene Giacoma, was super professional, courteous, polite, and really knew his stuff. He expertly removed my old garage door and installed the new one in just a few short hours. He walked me through everything from the door itself down to the types of screws and rollers they use. I can't say more positive things about Don's Garage Doors. They're great!

I’ve used Don’s in the past so after my garage door cable snapped last night, I knew exactly who to call without even considering shopping around. Everyone with this company is always so incredibly kind, from the woman on the phone who scheduled me, to the men that have come out to my home for repairs and tune-ups. Their senior technician, Josh, arrived at 8:00am this morning with another young man who was shadowing him. I showed Josh what I thought happened, he was very reassuring that this is common (which was such a relief to hear), and within a few minutes of looking it over, he calmly explained what my garage would need and why. Despite my door being crooked and assuming there would need to be a lot replaced, most of it was repairable. Only the cables and a couple of brackets needed replaced. The price was phenomenal, lower than I was anxiously googling last night, so I was even more relieved! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time, the guys made me feel safe and comfortable, they showed me the utmost respect, and suggestions for future items to consider were explained without being pushy. My elderly neighbor, who needs a new garage door, saw their van and came outside to ask them to chat with him next. I know they probably don’t always have time in their busy schedule for a quote but they made time for him, which was very sweet. I highly, highly recommend using this company for all of your garage door needs!

Samuel did great work! He was quick and communicated thoroughly. He had all the parts needed on the truck for the work done today - knocked it out quickly. Highly recommend.

Don’s Garage Door team had a technician out same day when one of our single bay garage door springs broke. Steven was professional, knowledgeable and personable (we chatted music while talking garage doors). He explained the three quotes he put together and why we might consider each one. He then completed the work quickly and explained his work and how to maintain it even giving us a view on the current state of our other garage door spring. These folks do quality, quick work - highly recommend!

I contacted Don’s Garage Doors, and Seth was at my house later that same day. He did a fantastic job walking me through the condition of our garage doors and the mechanical components. He resolved a backup battery issue, made sure everything was running smoothly, and even set us up for annual service to help avoid any future surprises.
