DFW Door Repair

Terrible call today. I have a door emergency with a gap at the front where a rat or something could enter in the cold weather. This guy who answered was completely clueless. Basically told me no one could come out and they could not even schedule a call back for 5 more days. The normal way I as a customer would expect service is for someone to schedule this immediately and come look at the problem in order to provide a quote and then repair this. I would not recommend this company at all.

Recommended! I am VERY happy with my new door. Replaced a single 8-ft door with a double door and it looks absolutely beautiful! It took a little longer than expected with the understanding they are busy, which makes sense, as they have the best price for great quality service in the Metroplex! Billy and his team were communicative at all times. The installation crew was the best, we encountered some issues but at all times they ensured me that there is nothing to worry about and that it will look great. Great customer service, follow up and follow thru. They made sure we were happy before they were completely done with the project. Respectful and hardworking installers- Peyton, Aidan and Braden. Our door now fits the look of our home.

I am so pleased with my experience at DFW Door Repair. They were very communicative; understanding my vision from the start. Consultations were done via the phone, giving me the ability to text them inspiration and them having a clear expectation. The sales team was patient and accommodating. They helped give valuable advice and recommendations based on my budget, aesthetics, and inspiration. I really appreciated their objective advice and recommendations (they didn’t come across as pushy or salesy at all). They have a robust amount of options to fit any kind of style, budget, and customizations. We chose to go with a fiberglass double door, replacing a single door and sidelights. Then once the door was ordered it took tremendously longer than anticipated to come in, at no fault of DFW Door Repair. Grace continually kept me updated and was a pleasure to work with. The team who came out and took measurements were on time, friendly, and clean. When the door came, they prepared it in record time to get it installed quickly. The instillation team was phenomenal. They were clean, quick, and thorough. We had significant structural changes and they were very well versed and experienced. I had new hardware ready for them to installed and it all looks exactly how I described to them. I am incredibly happy with the overall process. I’d highly recommend them.

We had two doors installed by DFW Doors. Jason and Junior were the first team to install our storm door. For our French Doors, the team was Jason and Dakota. We are extremely happy with the job that was done for both doors. Jason is the kind of person that I would want to hire. His work ethic, quality of work, his knowledge of his work and his ability to communicate courteously with his customers is par excellence. I would highly recommend DFW Door to other people. Very happy with the work by these guys. Brian and Payton made quick work of a frame rebuild of our front door. Now it sits perfectly level and we can latch it. Originally we were using a "kick to open" method because it was so stuck. Now it's smooth as butter. This company knows doors and they're proper craftsmen. Recommend

Jason, Shane, and Emilio did an amazing job on the install of our custom front door, and Phil's design work along with the craftsmanship is exceptional! We're getting so many complements from our neighbors! We couldn't have asked for a smoother process from start to finish!
