Stellar!! From the time I spoke to the gal that took our appt to the moment Jacob P. completed the tune-up for both tour garage doors! It was less than $30 per door. He inspected and replaced 21 bolts, lubricated all the hinges and rollers. Placed door on scale to weigh them and check all specs. Gave us dates on the openers and springs so we know that to expect and a quote for each side. Definitely worth it, very thorough and informative for any home owner!

We weren't sure what our garage door needed. Cable was off. Never had to deal with any door issues. Jacob came out and was thorough in explaining what needed to be replaced. Explained options in cost of parts. We are very happy with his customer service and professional approach. Highly recommend this company. What a great Experience from my 1st call to Garage Door Dr to the technician Andre … kept up to date on arrival and they had to change my appointment due to a technician out … But I’m glad because André came out the next day and was wonderful. Personable and knowledgeable…. They worked within my budget and got a new garage door opener and springs !!!! Thanks for a great experience and André for all your knowledge !!!

If I could have given Michael more than 5 stars I would have! He performed maintenance on my garage doors (they now move smoothly and quietly), he changed out the batteries on my openers, and then programmed 4 remote openers for the drivers in my family, even as the openers were old and finicky to program. I highly recommend this family operated business and will definitely call them again (as long as they send Michael)

Jacob is a very good technician. He was very thorough in his assessment of the garage door. He also explained to me step by step what he was checking for and what he found.
