Jackson Overhead Door

I have used Jackson Overhead Doors on a number of occasions. Most recently 11/06/2025. They always identify the problem and repair it in a timely manner. Each time Ive been fortunate to have Richard T. fix the issue. Richard is really professional and very knowledgeable . He goes out of his way to ensure the service is done correctly and explains what the issue was. I’ll always request Richard if I need any repairs in the future. Excellent service.

Great Service!! Richard was very nice, knowledgeable, and on time. I had my garage bottom seal replaced and he put a seal around the garage door in a timely manner. Customer service was great as well!! I highly recommend Jackson Overhead Door.

After 27 years of old one, had to hv a new unit to my garage. Tech Richard was polite, efficient & big help. Left and new remotes, remote installed in car programmed. Very pleased.

Didn’t realize it at first but installer put up the wrong door. Mike came back second day with correct door. He did an amazing job. Trim work is perfect. Very pleased with this service.

The technician called before arriving and he arrived promptly as promised. He was very congenial while on the job. He had brought a Genie door motor even though I had told the person answering the phone that I had a Chamberlin motor. Evidently a communication error. I did allow the technician to install the Genie motor. I now have two remotes in my vehicle. I am pleased as to how quiet the Genie motor operates.
