The best experience EVER! The pivot on our front office door corroded at our Orthodontic office. They were out within the hour. Fixed it within half an hour. It was pouring down rain and that did not delay them a minute! Billy was very confident, friendly and quick! They were missing a part on their truck and promised to bring it back first thing in the morning. He was here at 8:00 am and in and out in 10 minutes! Really appreciate their work ethic and expertise!

OMEGA Door and Hardware has been servicing doors and hardware for me at a very large office facility in the Johnson County area for over 10 years. Response time is fast. the technicians are always courteous and are very knowledgeable. I would not be able to function without these guys on my team.

I have only seen business being conducted by this firm but as a lay person on the other side of the table I was impressed by their friendly and professional salesmanship. I believe these guys treat their customers as though they are part of their family and I think that is the secret to their success. Completely unethical company. Does not warrant their work. Dustin is rude, incompetent, and unprofessional - tries by whatever means available to avoid following through on his own promises. This is a money-grab operation disguised as a legitimate business and should be avoided at all costs.
