Cressy Door and Fireplace

Our new shop door is great! Solid and without gaps. Don the installer was very nice, professional and efficient. Took all the old broken pieces and parts as well as a nice cleaning of the area. We will do business with Cressy again.

With all the scariness in cost going up, I reached out to Cressy Door from a friend whom used them. Dennis came and assured me this job was common and that they could handle it all along with my extra requests. There was a disclaimer I signed saying the price might go up due to tariffs, but this was a big desire for our home and I am very happy it has been completed and even more happier I used Cressy! Sam our technician was efficient and kind and allowed for me to watch over part of his work, he also taught me some tricks and shared stories of his home and family life!! I shall ask this company to service my fireplace as well now that I am aware they do that too!! Great communication with their administrative assistants about schedule and online payments!! The install went well and all the garbage and old material was taken off site to leave me a clean garage!!

Had a wire snap on our garage door; Cressy’s technician was at our house within an hour of contacting them and fixed it up without an issue. Even serviced the spring and now it’s actually working better than before it broke. Would definitely do business with them again.

My garage door suddenly stopped working late in the evening and I was nervous about leaving my car outside overnight. I reached out and they were able to send someone the very next morning. The technician was polite, explained what went wrong, and quickly spotted the problem with the springs. Instead of rushing through, he took the time to make sure everything was properly adjusted and working smoothly again. By the time he left, the door was opening and closing better than it had in years. What impressed me most was how professional and respectful he was in my home. The whole experience left me feeling confident and stress free, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again if I ever need help.

Dan was very professional! I got a reminder of his impending arrival the day before & text + email that he was on his way this morning. Since it was early, he called rather than ringing the doorbell, in case someone was sleeping-very considerate. He apprised me of his actions-coming & going to truck & garage through my home. His timeframe was on point 2-3 hours...truck drove out of the driveway precisely at 3hrs. He made sure my remote worked & explained how to get a spare one if I needed it.
