Ian and Josh were great! They arrived ahead of schedule which was great as it freed up my afternoon. They explained my options clearly and completed the work efficiently. I’d recommend Anytime Garage Doors without reservation. In fact, I’ve used them at my previous home and was also pleased with their work at that time.

Joshua was very professional, explained our options and what could happen, long story short, he ended up replacing the motor and everything that came with it in the same day. Perhaps one of the best aspects of this experience was the rapid response and thorough communications I received from Anytime. On Saturday, my garage door opener motor burned up and I called Anytime that day. Originally scheduled for the next day (Sunday) from 11am-2pm, I received a call asking if "earlier" on Sunday would be ok; and it was. Ian arrived exactly on time and after I told him of the problem and what had happened, he began his diagnostic work. Ultimately, I expected I needed a new GDO, and I did. They had 3 models to choose from...and I chose the best of the 3. Certainly not what I needed, but this unit is nice, quiet, powerful and came with an extra remote, keypad and all the bells and whistles. We discussed price and came to an agreement. Ian began the installation process and voila, in 2-3 hours, it was all done. Ian was very pleasant, knowledgeable, neat and respectful of my property and items in the garage (nothing delicate or expensive), but he was careful not to damage or disrupt anything. He left the place clean and orderly. He also took care of programming both remotes and the 2 built-in remotes in the 2 cars. So, in addition to the rapid response and great communication, I also liked the "one-stop-shop" aspect. It was all taken care of in one call. Sadly, this certainly was not an expected (or cheap) expenditure, but as we all know, stuff happens. And I will also say that the amount charged was reasonable. I could have (and have in the past) done something like this myself, but I am at the point in life where I'd rather just write a check and do something else with my time (as I'm sure shopping for a new unit and installing it myself would have probably taken me the best part of 2 days, if not longer). Ian took care of it all in 3 hours. Very pleased and would use Anytime again, without hesitation. Highly recommended.
