Rose Quality Garage Doors

Worst garage door company ever. Stay away!! I had my garage door installed. They promised a high quality product and I received below average. Charged me extra with hidden fees. We’re not honest about cost and cut corners during install. It’s been over a year and despite calling and asking for them to come to complete the install for the weather stripping they still have not done it. They would ignore my calls repeatedly. STAY AWAY and find a more reputable company!

These guys did an amazing job installing new doors for our shop. Communication was great, Prices were more than fair and follow up was great. We definitely will use them again in the future.

Torsion spring broke this morning as I was headed to work. I gave these guys a call in the morning and they were here by noon. They replaced my spring quickly and the price was reasonable.

Rose garage doors came out so quickly to get my garage door done. The quality of the garage door is really fantastic. I feel the price was very fair and reasonable. The person that installed it worked like a dog. It was a hot day and he worked non-stop. He did a fantastic job installing it by himself. Amazing! It looks great and I am very happy. I had the garage door, the rails, the eyes and the motor installed. I wanted a motor that was very quiet and rose garage doors has achieved that for me. I live in a condo, so that is important. I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs to replace or repair a garage door and its accessories. It was raining outside so I only have inside pictures but it looks fantastic. I called on a Saturday…they answered the phone and scheduled me for Monday morning to replace my garage door opener. They called ahead Monday morning confirming they’d be there in 45 minutes, arrived on time, and were very professional. We ended up modifying the garage door height, so we rescheduled to complete the job on Friday of the same week. Again, they showed up on time, knocked it out with no hiccups. Easy peasy. Now I have room for a future car lift. 🙂

They came out on a Saturday night when other businesses were closed. Great customer service. He had my garage door fixed in a half hour! I didn’t even think it was repairable, but it was no big deal for this repair company. A+ will use again if needed.
