Farmer Garage Door

Really like these folks. I had a 30 yr old opener that wouldn't go down without holding the button down til it closed. Cliff worked on it and put in new security eyes. That appeared to fix things, but I still didn't trust the fix to last so I told him I wanted a new opener too. They did the whole job with opener, track, eyes, and installation for $500 including tax. It was the better system with a belt drive. I knew it would be a tricky installation because there was very little clearance between the raised door and the ceiling. Cliff was very patient and professional and got it all done nicely then programmed the opener to my car system. I give Farmers 5 stars and a 100% endorsement.

Prompt, professional service. The repairman was able to accommodate our request for an appointment the very next day. He was on time and was able to quickly identify the issue with our garage door opener. He completed the repair and greased the garage door tracking to lessen the noise. We were very satisfied with the service and fair pricing.

Farmer garage door came out to replace the drive belt on my garage door. The price was what they quoted over the telephone. The Technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them for any garage door service or repair.

Fast response. Friendly. Wonderful service. Great knowledge. We needed our door repaired asap and David showed up quickly and repaired the door and had it working properly late on a Saturday afternoon. We’re very happy with everyone at Farmers.

Would give zero stars. They sent Skip, who they claim is one of their best. He was 45 mins late, and not at all friendly. Spoke to my wife and then me on the phone. Quickly accused me of asking for free service because I asked him to repair my garage door and possibly come back to install a new keypad and pulley motor. I explained to him in simple terms, should we go ahead and get the repair today or as he told me, have them come back and replace the whole system. He said he would not do it free of charge today. WHO WAS ASKING? He then got upset and short with me on the phone. I tried to explain again, if we PAY for the repair today, will it be a good idea or should we wait on the repair and it possibly be resolved when we replace the whole unit. He again said he could, but he won't do it free of charge. Again, who was asking? Shocked by the confrontational demeanor, lack of professionalism, tardiness and overall terrible experience. I called to complain and the "dispatcher" excused away his behavior.Will never do business with this company. Avoid.
