The name speaks for itself!! Garage heroes !! My wife backed into the garage door as it was opening. Door was completely out of the tracks I thought I was going to need a new garage door. Looked on google on who I can call and garage heroes popped up near me. Made the call. They had George show up same day , which was amazing, he told me what my options were and recommended that we don’t need a new door just work on what I already had. I was shocked on how fast he had my garage door up and running. Overall and above all I loved the honesty he didn’t try to sell me on a completely new door that I was imagining I had to buy. I always prefer to use a small business and a local business (being a small business owner myself). Scheduling the free consultation was ready to arrange. Jesse was knowledgeable, informative, and helpful in deciding what was needed. The quote was fair, and after doing our due diligence, we decided to have them install our garage door. Their professionalism is unmatched! Jesse was prompt and completed the installation within the 4-hour timeframe. I highly recommend this company!!

Our old metal garage door started making extra mechanical sounds and stopped going down more than halfway. We called them since they already did a couple different services for us in the last few years. And we liked the quality of their work. A service person got here within an hour. And they replaced all of it's parts with problems in a couple hours. Now it's a lot smoother and quieter than it ever was before. And it cost about $1,000 less than installing a new one! So we'll call them back when we're ready to fix our leaning fence problem. Since they told us a fair price to fix it correctly.

We’ve used this company before and we were extremely satisfied. Even left a 5 star review. We used them again today. Garage door cable we thought had snapped. Price quoted was $200 to replace the cable and no warranty. $100 for cable $100 for labor. Come to find out the cable was just tangled and was not replaced. This was confirmed by the tech that came out. The what I’m assuming is the owner would not refund the money that was charged for a new cable. When he was told a bad review would be written he then said there was a warranty. He continued to be rude and condescending. Even though his own employee said nothing at all was replaced. The cable was untangled, took all of 10-15 mins.

I have a massive metal gate at my work that needed service. After reaching out to Garage Doors Hero & Gate, I heard back almost immediately! We scheduled an appointment, Daniel was right on time! He discovered the service was a bit more complicated than expected, he was not deterred. Daniel made sure that the gate door was working perfectly! I was very impressed!
