We’ve used Allen Doors for our garage door installations and repairs for many years, and they have consistently delivered excellent service. They installed our new garage doors years ago, and more recently replaced our external keypad and springs. Every interaction with them has been positive—they answer the phone, show up when they say they will, and handle the issue quickly and professionally. Their workmanship is reliable, and their team is always pleasant to work with. Truly a company you can count on. Highly recommend!

We replaced 2 garage doors after hail damage. Bill and his crew were professional, timely and courteous. We received a quote quickly and our doors came in before expected. The garage doors are good quality. The gentlemen that installed the doors were prompt and did a great job with the installation of the doors and openers. Allen Door is a phenomenal company. They were incredibly helpful and easy to work with during the initial purchase and selection of our garage doors. The doors were very reasonably priced and the installation was perfect. Years later, when we had a mishap on a Friday afternoon, they were incredibly responsive. They came out that same day, explained everything in detail, and had the door working within an hour! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional. Highly recommend their exceptional service and reliability!!

Never thought I'd do business with this company again. See, they installed our garage door and opener over 20 years ago, and I haven't had a single issue with it during that time. Then a contractor mistakenly fried the door opener and I needed a new motor. New unit is fantastic, install tech very personable, and the office flexible with the scheduling. As an aside, my mother has a chain drive door. It was installed in 1983 and has never given her any issues. Now that's a durable good, though we might get a new remote.

When we were looking to replace our original builder-grade garage doors a neighbor recommended Allen Door & Service. I visited the sales center in Lansdale and got an in-depth overview of garage door vendors and their models plus a pocketful of color samples. We then scheduled a site visit. Bill arrived the next day with the appropriate brochures so we could compare models, and he advised us as to what the installation process entailed. Bill worked up and provided very competitive quotes on the same day as the site visit. When does that happen these days? We had a strict time constraint for Allen to complete installation for an important family event. Bill and Kevin kept us updated on when the doors would arrive and the availability of their installation teams. Our doors arrived on scheduled and the installation team completed their work in less than a day, from installing new jambs, rails, and doors to configuring the openers to our requirements. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of Allen Door’s results and highly recommend them to anyone needing garage door work! They are professional in every way and a pleasure to work with.
