We had our new openers put in 4 years ago by Gal and Adam. Both solid gentlemen and very informative. Every time we’ve had any issues since our install they have responded immediately and solved the problem. They are awesome and I cannot recommend them more. I've gotta say, you wouldn't be reading this if you didn't have a garage door problem. I could just say, go ahead, Husky Garage door service is worth it, and be done. However my experience was so much more positive than just a simple, "They did a good job." So, my big problem was that I didn't live in Las Vegas, I was like a hundred miles away form this company's front door. I called nine different companies to come and help me. I was turned down cold! Refused! Then I got in touch with Husky Garage Door service. I talked with Gal. He told me he could come out and service my garage door the next day. He arrived right on time. He sent me two text messages telling me when he would arrive. He told me up front what the visit would cost. When he got there he arrived in a very clearly marked service truck. He was clean. He didn't scare my mom. He looked professional is what I'm saying. After he began to evaluate my situation he provided me with two clear paths to repairing my garage door and told me what each one would cost . When we agreed on what should be done he got to work. In roughly an hour, he completely rebuilt my 30 old system replacing all the worn parts with new modern functional equipment. Wow! What a difference. He took the time to show my ageing mother how to use the equipment and was kind and polite throughout the entire experience. He cleaned the work area and removed the defective worn out parts and equipment. He gave me a five year warranty he he was gone! So, if I could leave you with a lasting impression I would say he is a complete professional. In every regard he impressed me with his product knowledge, his workmanship, and most of all his kind, confident demeanor. It was so nice to be treated politely! I really feel fortunate to have done business with Gal, and he told me he designed the graphic on the Husky Dog Truck! I'm really happy with the whole process from Adam coming over to do scheduled maintenance and us deciding to rather just upgrade our old garage door opener to one of the newer smart versions that have built in Wi-Fi and camera. I was sold into the features of the garage door, like Amazon Key compatible, and the option to add users access within the app so they themselves can open the garage door and the battery backup that will allow you to open the garage even during a power outage. I want to thank Gal as well for taking the time to listen to some concerns I had and quickly resolved them. We highly recommend them!

I have to say my experience with this company was beyond expectations. It all started when My chain driven open stopped working…I called Husky, Adam @ Gal were over within the hour…Along with a new opener I also purchased a new insulated garage door..I moved here from Florida so I was well aware of the benefits of an insulated garage door..The issue was programming our 2005 & 2007 cars to open with the new door..Which ended up needing an adapter. Gal made the purchased & the problem was solved. Gal was wonderful..He said no job is finish until the door opens and closes..I can’t Thank you enough Gal for all your hard work..We totally love are new door & opener….To all of you who are looking for a new garage door or opener HUSKY is the COMPANY to call…They will remain in my list contacts…:)
