David visited our home to explain what products were available and what the installation involved from start to finish. He was incredibly polite, detailed, and professional. David’s knowledge of his business is exemplary and it shows in the work that was done. This job was completed about 15 months ago and the door looks and operates like it did the day we purchased it. The door slides open and closed like butter. Having lived in a home with at least one sliding door most of my life I have never seen a door that operates as smoothly as this one. This is not a door you’ll find at Home Depot or Lowe’s. The quality is on a much higher level. Thank you to David and his team for a remarkable job!

We hired NV Sliding Doors to replace the original 25-year old sliding door that had seen much better days. On the positive side: - David, Yinon, Leila, and the crew were very professional and stuck with us through the entire journey; the contractors for the molding, stucco, and paint were top notch - We accepted and received some compensation for the dented frame, which would have been a laborious project to remove since it was fully installed - We got what we were hoping for at the end of the installation, and the door looks amazing (minus a minor dent on the frame); it has a modern design to it and all the components feel high in quality On the negative side: - This installation took 7 months from beginning to end; ordered on August 5, installed on December 4, and panels replaced on March 12 - Miscommunication and quality issues resulted in a bit of frustration and an incorrect initial installation; all three panels needed to be replaced with new ones from the factory, and the frame suffered some minor damage along the way - At the height of the issues we felt pressured to work through compromises instead of moving towards the solution of what we originally ordered In the end, we would hire NV Sliding Doors again, especially with a better understanding of how to work with them.
