A few days ago, I went to open our garage door and "BANG" the motor mechanism broke off. I decided instead of calling the outfit that did the "repair" on that rig when we first moved here, I'd look elsewhere. Then, I recalled that Swift had helped us when the door had stuck once before. Boy, I'm glad I did. Swift sent Mike, their sales guy and he listened to our problem and after consultation regarding our needs, we decided to dump the old door and get a new one. Mike had us set up in a flash. A day or two later, we had a brand-new garage door. This thing is quiet, smooth and comes with all the bells and whistles, including a camera, with voice and remote phone monitoring. All for half of what the other outfit wanted.
