Precision Garage Door

My experience with Precision was awful. It was anything but precise. They responded promptly but the positives stopped there. I have a broken garage door and the technician gives me his plan and won’t proceed until I sign off on the plan and of course the price. About a half hour later he calls me out to check his work. It’s not even close to what he described. Of course he has put up the pieces he described but the door opener bar is held to the strut by just the edges of the screw heads that he has just installed with the angle iron. The strut is not even attached to the angle iron. After I point all this out he goes back to work. When I come back he has not really changed anything but he is ready with excuses about how "this door is different and how he doesn’t have parts that fit this door." The next morning the door and "fix" are not working. $353.00 to learn that the Precision technician was a hack.

Jacqueline from Precision Door Service repaired my garage door, and she was excellent. She clearly knew what she was doing, explained things without any pressure, and got the work done quickly. The repair was done right, and the door has been working perfectly since. She was polite, efficient, and easy to work with. I was very happy with the service.

Trey Martin did an amazing job of repairing our garage door. He fixed the bearings, rollers, hinges, drums and cables. He properly tightened the springs. He got everything working quickly. He was professional and polite. He fixed everything in less than 2 hours. I was very impressed by his attitude and work ethic.

It was so easy to book online, quick customer service when I needed to change my appointment time, and Trey was able to come the next day. He was super professional, on time, and fast! We will definitely be giving him a call for when we move. Everything had to be replaced for us, and the new unit looks great. Thank you, Trey!

Unexpected issue on a Saturday. Scheduling was smooth and they were able to fit me in. Kyle the technician was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, & respectful. Found the issue, corrected it, and even went on to clean and lubricate parts. Really appreciated how he didnt gate keep garage door tips and things to know/keep an eye out for.

Yes this service by Precision garage door was outstanding. My technician Jackie was a professional and polite tech. She had great knowledge of garage doors and how they work. I was truly blessed to have her as a service technician at my home today. I highly recommend if you have and garage door problems big or small to pick up your phone and give them a call. You won’t regret it.

One of the few places that does not charge to come out and give you a quote. They came out within a couple days and gave me a reasonable quote, and all the different options. The door got in quicker than I thought and they had it all installed correctly within a half a day.
