The Experience with Apex garage door repair couldn’t have been better. From the first call that was answer by Chris promptly to the great service on our garage door. Had both springs replaced. Chris arrived at our agreed appointment time was very professional explained to us what needed to be replaced with great advice on part choices. Did the repair and did an inspection of the whole door opener hinges cables and did a small adjustment for no cost!! I highly recommend Apex garage door repair. Chris responded via text after I called. He came out immediately my spring broke on one side plus a center bracket broke from the stress of lifting the door with a broken spring. He also replaced the two end bearing plates. He was professional and very personable. I would definitely use him again for garage repairs or a new door in the future!

Chris was awesome! I needed to completely replace my garage door system to remove the opener in the middle of the room, and he did a fantastic job. His quote was solid and beat out the other's I contacted...and to be honest, even if his quote was the same as the others, I would go with him every time. He's easy to talk to, great customer service, and will walk you through everything.
