Premium Garage Door Repair

Premium Garage Door always does a great job for me. They have replaced a door previously and just completed another annual maintenance. Alex came out for the service today and was excellent! Professional, knew his stuff and made sure all four of our garage doors were working properly.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday. I called premium garage door repair and I am glad I did. They were able to come out same day. Jayson was so knowledgeable and fast. The door was hanging, half on half off track. He got the door back on track and fixed everything quickly. He showed me the bad rollers and I had him replace those too. Again, Jayson was amazing, super knowledgeable and quick.

Great, and prompt service. I had a spring bust on the weekend. I called Premier, and they were able to get someone out within an hour of calling, and resolved the issue very quickly. Prices are very reasonable, and great staff that works here. I highly recommend them for garage door repair needs.

The service was excellent! The technician arrived right on time, identified the problem immediately, and explain what needed to be done. He was very courteous professional, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The repair was done quickly and the service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repairs.

Called for service at 10am and promptly arrived and repaired same day by 2pm. The garage door was in need of maintenance to operate properly (springs tightened, new rollers, and brace added) all needed because genie door opener could not lift the door. Work was quickly completed and door opener worked like new. I felt the price was a little high but I had no comparison. But all cost were quoted before and I excepted. Happy with the work done. So my rating of 4 was due to cost.

Alex came out to do a repair because our cable came off of the drum. Alex was very knowledgeable very polite and worked quickly to correct the issue. Alex provided recommendations to support and strengthen the garage door. we went with one of the two options. He was not pushy at all, but Thank you both of you explained the reason for the recommendation Which made complete sense to me. Would definitely recommend Alex again. Wow

Excellent service from Premium and the technician they sent yesterday, October 1st. Placed a call around 3:30 p.m. The technician arrived about 20 minutes later and he was done in around 30 minutes replacing the double springs and cable. The technical was knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. This is the second time I've used Premium and I won't use any other garage door repair company.
