Angel arrive quickly, examined my door issues and provided me with detailed list of options. We decided on the best option for me and scheduled when the work would be done. I’m very happy with his help and his thorough examination of my problem. The installation of the repairs was done quickly. The door works perfectly and is much quieter than before. I can now manually open and close the door easily, if necessary. Thank you for your excellent recommendations work, Angel!

The tech was honest and very efficient. He clearly communicated what needed to be done. Tyler was upfront and was thorough with what needed to be done. Very professional and did an awesome job. I would recommend him definitely for his work EXCEPT that they are definitely very expensive. From a price perspective I think they can do a better job of pricing. I did compare them to other companies who are well rated on google and other places and Welborn was the most expensive of all. I still decided to go with them for this particular job as I wanted to see if sometimes overpaying gets you the quality. Hence I did not give them 5 star just because of price. I understand everything is expensive and has gone up but not everybody can afford that much.

Matt with Welborn Garage Door Repair came out on time and took care of my issues. He replaced my chain and did a complete tune-up on my gate opener. The opener hasn't been touched in 17 years and needed attention. By the time Matt was done, the opener looked and operated like it was brand new. While at my house, Matt also addressed some minor issues with my garage doors. I can't tell you how pleased I am with Matt's and Welborn's service. I highly recommend these guys if you have issues with your garage doors or gate openers. And a big thanks to Tanner for his assistance in making this happen.

Extremely fast response time. I scheduled the service at 9pm but had someone at my house at 8am the next morning. Collin showed up, diagnosed the issue, explained how it needed to be fixed and got right to work. Collin was extremely personable and worked through all of my talking.
