Brigham was simply amazing. This morning one of our garage doors wouldn’t open completely. I had just talked with my wife about getting our doors checked. I looked at several companies online before deciding on Farnsworth. Brigham came out same day, fixed the issue with non-working door. We discussed doing a tune up on other door. As he is looking at the doors he explains what is going on with each piece of the door. When it was all said and done, he replaced springs on both doors, rollers on the main door. When he was done, there was a huge difference. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate businesses such as Farnsworth. I would recommend them to ANYONE. And I feel 100% comfortable in the pricing for his services.

Brigham was polite, knowledgeable, and honest. He recognized my garage door lock was bad and needed to be replaced. He didn't have the part that day, but he came back the next day and replaced the lock. He then ensured the door is in optimal shape by checking everything else, including the springs.
