Tyler was very efficient and gave an estimate for everything that was needed. He showed me all of the items that were worn out and would be failing soon. As a mechanic I understood the need for the parts that needed to be replaced as they would fail soon. The cost was a bit more than what I was expecting, but well worth it for the longevity of my door operatio. Like me it is old and was in need of the repairs. I appreciated Tyler's honesty and integrity. He did the job very well and quickly even though he had a busy day ahead of him. Thank you so much for the high quality of workmanship and parts. Thank you as I am very pleased with my garage door now!

Goody Garage Doors (formerly known as Arizona's Best) is an excellent company. The technician, Johnny Sanchez, is an absolute PRO! He was 10 minutes early to the appointment, very courteous, and does not waste any time. I could tell this "wasn't his first rodeo!". In addition, he's a Veteran - something I appreciate and honor. Mr. Sanchez replaced my old Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster system with a new dual torsion spring system. And he used top-quality materials. Their price was reasonable too. I highly recommend Goody Garage Doors!

My experience with Goody is mixed, but ultimately it was a negative experience hence the 1 star review. I attached my invoice to confirm the legitimacy of my review. First, the installer was quick and efficient. He did not cause any damage to the product. These were unloaded from the truck like this. He did a good job at installing and that was his job, installing. This was my positive experience with Goody. My issue is with Goody management/QC and the product they sent out for install. Look at my photos. You see dents and the bottom seal is damaged. I was told that this is how they were delivered to Goody and there was nothing they could do. After a week or so, the weather strip has only gotten worse as it just keeps folding over the deformation. The dents are small and hard to see, but I ordered new garage door panels and I wanted them free of damage just like everything else I ordered new. The idea that customers are stuck with whatever they bring is nuts. I have security camera recordings of every conversation and reviewed them before posting. I also waited a while to review to make sure I was clear and concise. I will live with what I got as I am on a deadline, but I just wanted to put this out there for everyone else who may be interested in Goody.

I had issues with my garage for a while. Finally i decided to fix the issue and called Goody Garage Doors on a Sunday 8/3/25 and on the same day they sent a guy name Tyler Spicer. Tyler was awesome, he analyzed my garage door, motor, and springs and etc. Tyler went over my options and recommendations. Tyler worked fast and when he was done installing everything he went over everything with me and walked me through it and showed me how to manage it through my phone. I’m so happy with the new motor and all new features that came with it. Thank you Tyler Spicer and the team.

He came out and did our estimate and understanding our dire situation he blocked his schedule to do the project the next day. Caleb was friendly, responsive, professional, and he really went the extra mile for our family in a time of need. The installation was smooth and the finished work looks great. The pricing was highly competitive with no hidden costs or pressure. We didn’t get a cool or fancy door because we have an HOA that requires us to maintain a certain aesthetic for the community exteriors, I was grateful they had similar door in stock. Caleb clearly takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. I highly recommend you give Goody Garage Doors a call first for reliable, high quality service. I also want to mention that they have great Valpak coupons and also give additional discounts to veterans. I had a brand new garage door installed. Originally there was a little bit of a mix up on when they could get the garage door installed (took a month from deposit); however, the communication back and forth was really good. They kept me updated on when they expected to receive the door from the manufacturer and scheduled me for an install based on when it was expected. The installer showed up first thing in the morning the day of and was on time. He gave me a brief overview of what he was going to do and then 2 hrs later he was done. Very quick and clean. Although basic, the new door looks nice as it replaced a 34 year old door. We got an insulated door and you can definitely tell a difference.
