We had a great team here today to fix our outside building door. They sent an email a few days ahead of time letting us know when they would be here and they arrived right on time. We have paid them the upfront payment and have been waiting for two month to come and do the job and I called then a month ago and they said we will install the new door by 10/27/2023 and I asked is this true they said yes, Today 10/26/2023 I called them back to confirm the appointment and they said sorry we cannot do the job until mid November of 2023 which I believed that they want to entertain me and I asked my money back because they are no real on what they say so I am waiting to get my money back from them. Be careful of dealing with them and never pay upfront to do the job, they are not trustful people
