We will definitely use this company for all of our garage door issues. I called and Mr. Robert answered my call and I told him my problem and he asked me to take a picture of the issue. Once he received my pictures and called me back and told me what he would charge us, he was a lot cheaper from the other company that came out. He sent his technician out within an hour of our call and the technician took less than an hour to fix our garage door. They were nice, and professional. They are the best. Don't call anyone else but this company for all of your garage needs. He will be coming back to put us up some brand new doors once we are ready for them... ***Real Review*** I called this company, and a gentleman named Robert answered the phone. He was truly a professional. He was upfront about the pricing and had time to stand there and talk to me about what happened and what’s going on with my garage door. He sent another gentleman to fix my door that same day. From the time of the service call to when I got my door fixed, it was less than three hours. These gentlemen are true professionals, and I usually don’t leave a lot of input, but these guys did a great job, and the service was excellent.

Robert replaced a broken torsion cable, straightened a track, rewound the spool, and recalibrated the garage door opener in about twenty minutes at a reasonable price. After being contacted, he was on site within a couple of hours. Another company offered to come the same day but wanted $205 just to show up that day. No emergency fee was charged by Affordable Garage Door Repair Specialists.
