Excellent experience! From my initial call to the service being completed, I had great service. Jenny helped me by setting a free estimate the same day and then a technician came out within hours. Tanner was great! He was thorough, professional and kind. He was knowledgeable and explained things to me so I would understand what went wrong. He was honest about pricing and packages based on my needs to help me save. He turned a bad situation into a pleasant one. I hope my garage doesn't have issues again but I would definitely use Red Mountain again and ask for Tanner.
I would like to start off by saying that the service provided by this company far exceeded any expectations I had. I have had problems with my garage doors for years and whether I called highly rated companies or the "guy with a van" down the road, it was always more problems and more money. I called Red Mountain and had amazing service over the phone, and then the technician Tanner came out and was unbelievable! He quickly assessed my door for problems, gave me a fair price, explained exactly what was happening, and did it all with a smile! My door sounds better now than when it was first installed. There was no catch and he was so quick and efficient and very knowledgeable and experienced! Trust me when I say you do not want to pass on this company if you run into any issues!!!
Tanner was my technician. He was so sweet and kind and efficiency oriented. He really showed this sweet old lady that there are still respectful, fair, and honest young people out there and I would absolutely recommend his company!
