Thank you Mike M! I was sure that I would need a new garage door opener and and install... But he took a look and instead of having to mortgage my 2nd cat, he was able to fix my door and service the 2nd door in under an hour. The issue turned out that the initial installer had mounted the support to drywall instead of the stud. He was honest and awesome to work with. I read multiple reviews over the weekend, called them at 9:00 am Monday and had the door fixed by 3:00 pm. Excellent service.

He was honest with his assessment, which I appreciated. I’ve already recommended this company to a coworker who was having similar issues. These people are the real deal.
