Horrible communication! I don't recommend these people! I had an open window appointment on 11/26/25 between 1-4 pm. The guy they sent out, Andrew literally showed up over 2 hours late. I've been waiting all day. He shows up and did nothing but gave me an overpriced garage door opener for $606! I was still charged for the $39 plus 3% credit fee. Will never use them again!!! Wasted my whole day! Didn't apologize or anything for being late! Very unprofessional. Buyers beware!!!
Your technician Benjamin was great. He notified me ahead of time with his ETA and was very timely with his arrival. Extremely knowledgeable about the issues with my garage door. Will definitely call them in the future.
Garage does open and close now but is not completely repaired. After reviewing the cost of the parts on my invoice I was way overcharged. I believe I was taken advantage of because I am a woman. I paid $1245.00 and still have to get the actual opener repaired or replaced. I do believe I was over charged by at least $300-$400. I thought when I agreed to pay the $1245 my garage door was going to be completely repaired. Beware of this company and get multiple estimates before hiring this company.
My serviceman Bryan was nothing less than professional. Covered all the garage operations after the job was completed. I'm very pleased with the completed project and will definitely recommend to family, neighbors and friends! Thanks again Bryan!
Service tech Rodney was great honest and straightforward. Great with giving me a heads up on preventative maintenance and best honest quote by far. Most people told us we needed a new garage door and he suggested the complete opposite which saved us thousands. Highly recommended this company!
Appointment postponed because they couldn't make the appointed time, then were 3 hours late on the rescheduled time window. Parts and labor for a broken spring $300.00 plus $89.00 trip charge... Service technician was good, knowledgeable and pleasant.
Garage Door Pros LLC replaced motor and old spring on our garage door in 2 hours time. Called them one day, arrived the next in the am with professional courtesy call along the time schedule to help me be there. Rodney was professional, knowledgeable and gave good advice.
