Our garage door would not close all the way and would not move up or down. I had to call our neighbor to have him help force the over 200-pound door down to secure the garage! This was on a Sunday. Monday morning, I called and spoke with John and explained our situation. He was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged for an appointment that day, Monday between 4pm and 6pm. I received a call from Bill about 3:45pm stating that he would be at my house shortly. He arrived right at 4pm! Wow!! He was also very friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was and got started right away. Within an hour he had our door working smoothly and more quietly than it had in years! John and Bill put the service back into Customer Service!! Well Done!! Special shout out to Josh - our neighbor who recommended them as will I if anyone is in need of a great garage door company!

Everyone at Hung Right was amazing; from Scott who gave us the inspection to Matthew, who installed the door. Everyone I encountered within the company was fantastic and so knowledgeable. Even those that answered the phone were calm and patient with us and our concerns. Truly a great company to work with.

We called Hung Right Garage doors for a quote because our heavy wood door had some damage. The sales person came out to look at the door said it was a beautiful door and why would you replace it? Then told husband how to fix it. A few years later the spring broke called HR and they came out, weighed the door and said we should replace the springs because what we had were not heavy enough for the weight of the door. They fixed the door that day so we could use it but ordered us new springs. They came out after the order came in and replaced the springs, adjusted everything. Great service and very polite service people. We highly recommend this company.

I just had a great experience with Hung Right Doors. My garage door was intermittently not closing and while I figured it was the sensors, everything I tried didn't work. I made an appointment, Nick showed up and instantly fixed the problem. He then spent a half hour explaining about garage doors and answering my questions. When I tried to pay, he said it was such an easy fix that he wouldn't charge me. THAT is how you gain customers for life! I would absolutely recommend Hung Right to ANYONE who needs any kind of garage door service! I was over-charged by another company when I had another garage door emergency (broken spring) and while they came out and fixed it satisfactorily, they definitely over-charged me. I am very happy to now have a great company that I can trust completely. If you are looking for someone for garage door service of any kind, you have found your company!

Had a beautiful Cloplay Garage door installed by Kevin and Chris. From the estimate stage to the installation it was an extremely positive experience. The Installers did an awesome job, and perfection was a top priority during the installation process. They asked multiple questions to get my input before utilizing specific methods or hardware options. I've dealt with a lot of service companies in my Life, and to date they fall short of the experience I had with Hung Right. ~~~MUST READ ~~~ So I had an issue with a cable popping off the spool. I watched YouTube and it worked for a month. Then the other side popped off the spool. I fixed that. That only worked if a day or two. Final I call a small local garage door repair company. I get what sounds like a call center. A man shows up within hours. He is not from our country. And he has California plates. I ask if he just moved here. He replies no. It’s a rental. Does a cash deal and is gone. An hour later it is more messed up than ever. So a neighbor recommends Hung Right Doors. Adam comes out the next day. And starts work on the side of the spring. The other guy started on the opposite side. Adam adjusted the tracks. They were way too close to the doors. And the other guy used an impact wrench and distorted the shape of the rod. Adam adjusted everything over to work properly and very quickly. Under an hour. I SHOULD HAVE STARTED WITH HUNG RIGHT DOORS. I would have saved money and had the door operational and within a month. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you start with someone that knows what they are doing.
