We had an issue with our automatic sliding doors that would not lock. Fortunately, the Ontario Manager at Day & Nite Doors was incredibly helpful and was able to squeeze us into the schedule on short notice. Their technician, arrived promptly and was extremely detailed in diagnosing and addressing the issue. His professionalism and thorough approach gave us confidence that we were in good hands. Had them come out to inspect my broken door at my shop. To find out they repaired it and demanded $575.00 cash when I asked him who approved the repairs he said it doesn't work like that because your a business and your door needs to work so we just fix them then bill you ...after 15 min of going back and forth/negotiations he dropped his price to $350...great work because he had the door fixed in less then 30 min but he takes advantage of someone who's doors are broken so make sure to get a free estimate first has it clearly says free estimate on his truck
